The Destruction of The United States Military

What is going on?  Is our own U.S. Military being dis-mantled right before our eyes?  Quietly, of course, and under the radar for the most part. The evening news has not been covering this big story.  Why not?  Are they unaware of the facts — and the danger! — or are they deliberately turning a blind eye to Obama’s downgrading  of U.S. military prowess?  Check this out for yourself; just a little research immediately reveals 19 top ranking military leaders have been removed by our own Commander-in-Chief, Obama.

Here are some of our top military officers removed under Obama’s reign:

carey

Maj. Gen. Michael Carey, who led the 20th Air Force and was in charge of all Air Force nuclear missiles was fired following a probe into alleged ‘personal misbehavior.’ The circumstances of Carey’s firing were unclear. Two officials told the Associated Press it had to do with alcohol use. A senior U.S. Defense official said he was fired over “conduct.” Officials said that it did not have to do with gambling, or the loss of a nuclear weapon, or sexual misconduct. Lt. Gen. James Kowalski, commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, made the decision based on details from an inspector general probe into Carey’s behavior on a “temporary duty assignment,” according to the Air Force. “It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to relieve an officer who’s had an otherwise distinctive career spanning 35 years of commendable service.” (How many pictures have you seen of Obama with a beer in his hand or even a joint? Come on!)

U.S. Navy photo of Vice Adm. Tim Giardina

Vice Admiral Tim Giardina, deputy commander of U.S. nuclear forces,  was relieved of duty amid a military investigation of allegations that he used counterfeit chips at an Iowa casino.  (Did NSA see this; tell on him?)

High-ranking officers in the United States military are being replaced by the Obama administration and for a number of dubious reasons . . .

David-Petraeus_full_600

General David Petraeus is perhaps the most visible military officer removed under President Obama.  Back in November General David Petraeus resigned as head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), after an adulterous affair, which was ‘discovered’ by the Federal government snooping through his and his mistress’ emails. The timing of the removal of one of the nation’s most honored military minds, on the heels of the Benghazi scandal, is what makes this a most unusual case. Petraeus effectively disappeared from the national scene overnight. He lost his job over an affair.  (Say, whatever happened because of JFK and Marilyn, Clinton and Monica? Just askin’.)

john-allen-general_si_

General John Allen. Obama accepted General Allen’s resignation, ostensibly over Allen’s sexual involvement with Jill Kelly. The Pentagon, however, did not allege misconduct charges against General Allen for an exchange of explicit pictures with Jill Kelly. Allen said his resignation was to “address health issues”. Same footnotes apply.

general-stanley-mcchrystal

General Stanley McChrystal resigned in June 2010 after a Rolling Stone article written by mysteriously “disappeared” journalist Michael Hastings caused a controversy. McChrystal had batted down Joe Biden’s “counter-terrorism strategy,” saying it would lead to “Chaos-istan,” which landed McChrystal in hot water with the higher-ups. On June 17, 2013 Hastings blasted an email “FBI Investigation, re: NSA,” which said that he was onto a “big story” and he needed to “go off the radar for a bit.” He also advised Buzzfeed to retain legal counsel. Less than sixteen hours later, Hastings died in an early morning car crash at a high-rate of speed. These are the facts and people can make of them what they will.  Sad thing is that he was 100 percent right.

220px-David_D__McKiernan

Gen. David McKiernan, the four-star who lead U.S. ground forces during the successful lightning Iraq invasion. He was asked to resign command of allied forces in Afghanistan just four months into Obama’s presidency in 2009. Never fully explained, but the implication was administration dissatisfaction with the war’s progress.

111004_ham_v

General Carter Ham was removed from his position as the top general at AFRICOM on October 12, 2012, obviously due to his actions on the night of September 11, 2012 during the Benghazi terrorist raid. General Ham, who was the Commander of the 2011 US-NATO operation to topple Gadhafi in Libya, reportedly disregarded a “stand down” order issued from above and ordered the launch of an in extremis force to rescue the eventually slain servicemen at Benghazi, Libya. Regardless of the exact events that night, he was almost immediately removed from command. General Ham has not been called to testify publicly on Benghazi. We must keep demanding answers on Benghazi, don’t give up, don’t relent, tell your representatives that we want answers.

gauoette

Admiral David Gaouette.  Also involved in the military (non-) response to the 9/11 Benghazi attack was Admiral David Gaouette. He was replaced on October 27, 2012, according to Military.com news, “pending the outcome of an internal investigation into undisclosed allegations of inappropriate judgment.”  Gaouette also received, and disobeyed, a stand down order issued from above. Gaouette readied vital intelligence and communications operations for an extraction effort to be launched by Ham.” A Navy spokesman, however, declined to comment on the Admiral’s removal. Gaouette has also not been called to testify publicly about Benghazi.

james-cartwright_012811

Retired Marine General James “Hoss” Cartwright is currently the focus of a probe for “allegedly leaking classified information about a covert cyberattack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.” The former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who is 63, retired in 2011, after having been cleared of all wrongdoing in yet another sexually suggestive affair.

Others to check out for yourself:

General James Mattis

General William “Kip” Ward

Major General Ralph Baker

General Bryan Roberts

Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair

Air Force Secretary Michael Lynn

General R. Michael Moseley

Maj. Gen. Charles M. McKiernan

Maj. Gen. Gregg A. Sturdevant

Maj. Gen. Peter Fuller

What is the red thread connecting several of these cases? An NSA whisteblower (Edward Snowden is only one of four major NSA whistleblowers) Russel Tice claims that the domestic spy agency is wiretapping and carrying out surveillance on top military officers. Listen to his interview —type in his name and watch the video.

Whether or not this is true, and it certainly seems the NSA has the capability to do this, it raises several questions about the manner that several high-ranking military officers were removed. Is there any manner of entrapment or blackmail being carried out on military officers, who subsequently refuse to testify openly and honestly over sensitive national security matters?

The deafening silence over who exactly issued the Benghazi “stand down order” that plausibly resulted in the deaths of two CIA servicemen (who also disobeyed stand down orders) and the reprisals against administration whistleblowers suggest that a thorough public investigation into such matters is of utmost importance. If the federal government is being abused to silence critics of the administration, or if it is being wielded against those who refuse to carry out illegal and immoral acts, representative government demands not just investigation, but decisive action.

OH HAPPY DAY……A good news blog

This is a blog I posted in 2007. I thought it would be interesting to see how far we have come since then. WOW

June 30, 2007

DON’T WORRY…BE HAPPY!
I usually write about things I feel are wrong. So this time I decided to be more upbeat and concentrate on the bright side. A religious friend told me to look for the positive in every thing, and I think I understand him; let’s see….Cell phone use while driving, hmm, OK, it is good because it keeps body shops, doctors, hospitals and insurance companies in business, thereby helping our economy. I think I’m getting it now. The air pollution where I live has increased dramatically over the last 10 years. A team of scientists concluded, after an extensive study, that the children born now will most likely suffer severe lung diseases by the time they reached 30. The up side to this is easy, they won’t live long enough to be eligible for Social Security benefits. So that means we won’t run out of money for the system. I’m catching on now! Don’t be upset with the poor immigration control that has allowed thousands, no, millions of illegal aliens to come flooding across our border with Mexico. This too is a good thing. Robberies, assaults, murders and a whole gamut of crimes are on the rise thus allowing us to create more jobs for law enforcement officers, prison guards, lawyers and judges. These crimes also put more money into the hospitals and doctors pockets. Gun sales to frightened honest citizens are on the rise, thereby bolstering the sagging gun industry. Look how much money our erstwhile politicians in Congress are raking in to NOT fix the border problem. Good for the economy? You bet!!! Payoffs to politicians for their votes…..WOW! I didn’t realize just how important the things I have been criticizing really are, and just how beneficial they are to all of us. I am going to try to see the bright side of everything from now on, from the Afghan war, taxes, crooked lying politicians, lawyers, used car salesmen, real estate agents, and child molesters. I guess everything has an up side to some one…right? Well, I’ll close this blog a much happier and wiser person after this exercise in positivity, so you try to do the same. Be happy, don’t worry.

8.11.2013 Look on the bright side…….It could be worse. Hitlery could get elected. Oh happy day. Bill an Hillary and Barack and Michelle, sharing the power.

THE BUMPER STICKER SHOULD BE TAKEN AS A DIRE WARNING OF WHAT IS TO COME UNLESS THE GOP GETS OFF IT’S DUFF AND STARTS TO CAMPAIGN IN EARNEST. IF NOT, THE UNITED STATES WILL BE DAMAGED TERRIBLY, HOPEFULLY NOT FATALLY. BE WARNED WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME.

Don't laugh, this will happen if we don't wake up and soon.

Don’t laugh, this will happen if we don’t wake up and soon.

Thought you’d enjoy this!

It’s one you want your Children and Grandchildren to read.

Harry Truman was a different kind of President. He probably made as many, or more important decisions regarding our nation’s history as any of the other 42 Presidents preceding him. However, a measure of his greatness may rest on what he did after he left the White House.

The only asset he had when he died was the house he lived in, which was in Independence Missouri . His wife had inherited the house from her mother and father and other than their years in the White House, they lived their entire lives there.

When he retired from office in 1952 his income was a U.S. Army pension reported to have been $13,507.72 a year. Congress, noting that he was paying for his stamps and personally licking them, granted him an ‘allowance’ and, later, a retroactive pension of $25,000 per year.

After President Eisenhower was inaugurated, Harry and Bess drove home to Missouri by themselves. There was no Secret Service following them.

When offered corporate positions at large salaries, he declined, stating, “You don’t want me. You want the office of the President, and that doesn’t belong to me. It belongs to the American people and it’s not for sale.”

Even later, on May 6, 1971, when Congress was preparing to award him the Medal of Honor on his 87th birthday, he refused to accept it, writing, “I don’t consider that I have done anything which should be the reason for any award, Congressional or otherwise.”

As president he paid for all of his own travel expenses and food.

Modern politicians have found a new level of success in cashing in on the Presidency, resulting in untold wealth. Today, many in Congress also have found a way to become quite wealthy while enjoying the fruits of their offices. Political offices are now for sale.

Good old Harry Truman was correct when he observed, “My choices in life were either to be a piano player in a whore house or a politician. And to tell the truth, there’s hardly any difference!”

I say dig him up and clone him!

If you agree, forward it. If you don’t, delete it. I don’t want to know one way or the other. By me forwarding it, you know how I feel.

Enjoy life now — it has an expiration date!

Thanks to my friend Stephen for this article.

Ungoogle part II

UNGOOGLE PART II

What year is this anyway, 1984??  No, it’s 2013 and our own Government had turned our new century into a real “Big Brother” disaster.  Our own Federal Government has been caught accumulating data on every single one of us, through phone records, e-mail and even innocuous internet shopping where no one’s personal, private preferences are  private.  Neither are our credit card records and banking records  . . . and let’s not forget there are over 30,000 drones  approved for use to fly and spy right over our heads right here in the USA, in addition to “traffic” cams on every street corner in America today.

Folks, that’s a LOT of Constitutional rights LOST and LOTS of privacy GONE.  Put all that into the loving arms of our own beloved IRS and we have a real nightmare on our hands.  All our private information, snooped out in numerous “safe” programs turned over to the NSA and the IRS, who have been caught targeting Conservative groups with “tea party” or “liberty” or “Christian terms in their group names — lets’ call it what it is: any group that MIGHT be opposed to any Obama policy and this IS the worst nightmare you can imagine . . . in our so-called “free” republic.

This is basically how things work. The FBI or DOJ can go to a FISA Court judge and get a subpoena to collect data on any individual, or any set group of individuals, or organizations like The Tea Party. After getting the subpoena, they then collect the information from the telephone companies and give it to the NSA. The NSA will dump all this data into their system and crank-up their data-mining programs.

The NSA uses this macro-data, information about the underlying data, to make connections and assumptions about your usage of the telephone networks. This is double jeopardy. First of all, your private communications habits are being reviewed constantly, depriving you of privacy. Secondly, no matter what criteria are used in their pattern searches, there is a chance that you will wind-up being personally investigated. There will be FALSE POSITIVES. Their big dragnet will always come up with candidates as suspects whether they have done anything wrong or not. There may be no terrorists uncovered by this data, but the Feds will likely investigate every person who bubbles up in their statistical scheme.

Another  NSA program has been uncovered; the infamous PRISM. This is a program to accumulate your personal data from Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, etc. Since Google is constantly having bots read your email, this means that the government has access to what you have been talking about. If Google can tailor ads to your specific interests, then the Federal Government can deduce your political views, buying habits, sexual preferences, and other things you think are super-secret because all these big internet companies have privacy policies . . . remember those pesky “privacy statements” you have to click ON to before you are allowed access to their data-mining websites.  Sigh.  Is there no end to the deception, the lies, the invasion of privacy these mega-corporations will stoop to???

Enter Big Data and the 2012 Presidential Election. The Obama campaign used data-mining techniques — courtesy of all the BIG corporations he was urging the rest of the country to TURN AWAY from — to steal an election.  Info gathered via Google, FaceBook and all the Obama big-donor corporations to get the job done.

Google’s Chairman of The Board, Eric Schmidt, bankrolled a data-mining operation called Civis Analytics to help his favorite Democrat get elected.  And now, after this pseudo-election, Google’s little Civics Analytics declares it will not assist ANY Republican in a similar data-mining campaign effort.  How fair is that?  How principled?  How legal???  Do we need to ask if any U.S. taxpayer dollar went into this collusion between Schmidt and Obama?  Were any government-paid employees put to work on this scam?  Any employees of the White House used in this privacy-piracy-act????

All I know for sure is that Eric Schmidt is a personal buddy of Barack Obama and as such, I do not want him in my living room.  I no longer want an e-mail account for Google to, well, Google!  By the way, who else is safe?  Should I trust Yahoo?  Microsoft?  Skyte?  Any fool always knew NOTHING was safe nor private on FaceBook (run by Mark Zuckerberg, another “good buddy” of Obama), but what about all the rest of ’em?  Who can trust anything, anyone, anymore?

I don’t trust Google, the IRS, our National Security Agency, the FBI, the CIA, the EPA, or any other agency operating under the direction of Obama.  He has broken every promise made in 2008 and destroyed every bit of trust we all once had in our own Government.  Thank you Obama for all the transparency you have brought to the USA.

Who do YOU trust?

I’m dropping everything Google

Candidates were lining up to become your next president, but none  garnered support from Internet giant Google, which  backed Obama’s re-election campaign by brokering a “special deal” for the Obama 2012 campaign.eric_schmidt_obamaA Google ad sales representative said that Google gave Obama a special deal on a “pre-alpha product that is being released to a select few clients.”

Politico reports that: “The new ad program would charge clients for every email address (or other piece of user data) they collect. The program is attractive to campaigns eager for that information…”

Google giving Obama special, exclusive access to its new online advertising product because it has been an ardent supporter of Obama, and has profited from its ties to the Obama administration.

obama_schmidt-620x412

Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt was an “informal campaign advisor” for Obama’s 2008 campaign, and was a major donor. During the 2008 presidential campaign, Google employees donated more than $800,000 to Obama. After Obama won the presidential election, Schmidt, and other executives, pitched in $25,000 each to help pay for the inaugural celebration.

And, Andrew McLaughlin, who used to be head of global public policy at Google, and was appointed the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for the Obama administration, was discovered to have used his personal email account to discuss policy matters with Google.

The White House’s response was to “reprimand” McLaughlin and reassure the country that it wasn’t a big deal, because he “didn’t have any effect on policy decisions.”

Obama claimed on his campaign website he was against such appointments in his administration: “No political appointees in an Obama-Biden administration will be permitted to work on regulations or contracts directly and substantially related to their prior employer for two years.” (What? Another lie.)

When Obama attended a fundraiser at the home of a top Google executive, earning $30,400 a head—and he didn’t say a word about the income shifting techniques Google has been using to avoid paying taxes on foreign profits. Their nifty accounting has cost the U.S. government $60 billion in annual revenue.

Google has spent millions of dollars on lobbying and political contributions, trying to spin their way out of big questions about their monopolistic practices and privacy breaches… but having friends in high places, like say the WHITE HOUSE, certainly helps when pesky investigations start cropping up.

Last year, Schmidt said: “the Google policy is to get right up to the creepy line and not cross it.”

But EVERYTHING about Google’s relationship with the Obama administration, and their gathering of personal data on hundreds of millions of people across 30 countries, IS CREEPY!

For three years, across 30 countries, Google’s Street View cars were supposed to be capturing STREETS, but they also accessed open wireless networks as well and downloaded personal information like e-mails, passwords and other private data in the process. (Schmidt’s famous reply to critics was, “If you don’t like it, then move.”)

thCACWIPI3

The official response from Google on the Wi-Spy issue was that a rogue developer must have snuck some kind of code in there by accident. Sorry!

That apology was good enough for the Obama administration. Private data stolen? No problem. The case was closed. No other investigation was done. The Federal Trade Commission abruptly ended its investigation of Street View.

Consumer Watchdog, a nonprofit consumer advocacy organization, previously has called on House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) to investigate the Obama administration’s close ties to Google.

They have raised concerns not only about the Wi-Spy data, but about Google’s privileged access to NASA’s Moffett Airfield, which is conveniently located near Google’s headquarters in California. Their report says the airport “has been turned into a taxpayer-subsidized private airport for Google executives used for corporate junkets.”

Google and NASA struck a “deal” in 2007, allowing Google to use the airfield “in the name of scientific research.” But apparently, Google needs to do a lot of research in the Caribbean, or among the Hollywood elite at the Sundance Film Festival, because those are the kinds of places Google executives are taking the jets.

Other groups have been denied use of the field, including a nonprofit humanitarian group, because obviously, hitting the swag room at Sundance is much more important than getting aid to needy people.

Of course GOOGLE is denying any wrongdoing. My Daddy had a saying, Where there is smoke……..
